💳 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Zelle, Cash App, or money orders for all rentals.

💵 Is a deposit required?

Yes! All rentals require a $100 deposit to secure your booking. 

🪑 How do tables and chairs rentals work?

  • Tables and chairs come as a package: 4 tables + 40 chairs = $300

  • Additional tables: $5 each

  • Additional chairs: $3 each

🏰 How are bounce houses set up?

  • Outdoor use: secured with stakes

  • Indoor use: secured with heavy-duty sandbags

⚡ Can I rent a generator?

  • Generators can only be rented with our equipment

  • We do not set up generators with equipment from other vendors

🌎 Do you deliver outside Baton Rouge/Baker/Zachary?

  • Yes! But there is a $100 deposit plus the cost of your rental

  • Additional charge: $0.25 per mile outside Baton Rouge

⏰ How long is a rental?

  • Standard rental duration is 4 hours

  • Extra time can be added for an additional fee—just let us know when booking

🏗️ Setup & Pickup

  • We arrive early to set up your equipment safely and efficiently

  • Setup and takedown usually take 30–45 minutes

  • You do not need to be present during setup, but it’s recommended for guidance

☔ Weather Policy

  • If it rains or there is severe weather, we will reschedule your rental

  • Deposits can be applied to the new date

👶 Age & Safety Guidelines

  • Maximum number of participants depends on the inflatable

  • Please supervise children at all times

  • Shoes, sharp objects, and food/drinks are not allowed on inflatables

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Rentals can be canceled up to 2 weeks in advance

  • Deposits are refundable if proper notice is given (2 weeks prior to event schedule)

  • Cancellations less than 2 weeks will be subject to fees

🧼 Cleaning & Safety

  • All inflatables are cleaned and sanitized before each use

  • Equipment is regularly inspected to ensure safe operation

📝 Waivers & Liability

  • Equipment will not be set up until all waivers and liability forms are signed

✅ Are all inflatables secured?

Yes! Every inflatable comes with stakes for outdoor use or sandbags for indoor use to ensure stability and safety.
